How do I access my policy documents?

If you purchased your policy on or before September 22nd 2019, you can get in touch with us by email at support@guardcover.co.uk or by contacting our team on the numbers below. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.

If you purchased your policy after the 22nd September 2019, you can log into your online account where you can view, amend and renew your policy documents here. If you purchased after the 22nd September and have not already signed up for an account, then you can register for one here.

How do I access my policy documents - Unoccupied Property

If you purchased your policy on or before 24th February 2020, you will need to contact us to view, amend or renew your policy. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You can get in touch with us by calling: 0800 316 9842 or by emailing: unoccupied@guardcover.co.uk

If you purchased your policy after the 24th February 2020, you can log into your online account where you can view, amend and renew your policy documents here. If you purchased after the 24th February 2020 and have not already signed up for an account, then you can register for one here.
